Privacy Policy

BET THREE LLC ("we," "us," "our") Service: b3u.dev (the "Service")

Effective date: August 4, 2026 Last updated: August 4, 2026 Version: 1.0

This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect when you use b3u.dev, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service & End User License Agreement.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only in hashed form; we cannot read your password.

Content you submit. The Service stores the material you upload to it — grammar specifications and related inputs — and the artifacts the Service generates from them. This content is stored on our servers so that we can provide the Service to you.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us; full payment card numbers never touch our systems. We receive from Stripe the information needed to operate your subscription, such as your subscription status and billing events. Stripe's handling of your information is described in Stripe's own privacy policy at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Technical and log information. Like most web services, our servers automatically record technical information when you use the Service: IP address, browser type, request timestamps, and the pages or endpoints accessed. We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We use only cookies that are essential to operating the Service; we do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
  • process subscription billing through our payment provider;
  • send you service emails, such as account verification and billing or service notices;
  • prevent fraud and abuse and enforce our Terms of Service; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with the service providers that operate the Service on our behalf:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing;
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — network, DNS, and email routing infrastructure; and
  • our cloud infrastructure provider, which hosts our servers.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your information until you are notified otherwise).

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and submitted content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your submitted content at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. When your account is closed, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, billing, or security purposes. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes and then deleted.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can review and update your account information through your account settings.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Service emails (such as verification and billing notices) are necessary to operate the Service; we do not send marketing email.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we collect only the categories of information described in Section 1, for the purposes described in Section 2. You may contact us at [email protected] with any request or question regarding your personal information.

6. Do Not Track

We do not track our users over time or across third-party websites, and we do not permit third parties to collect personal information about your online activities when you use the Service. Because we do not engage in such tracking, the Service does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the size of our service to protect personal information, including transport encryption (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app) and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
